Job description

This role focuses on developing and executing targeted marketing and advertising strategies to increase footfall and daily visits for a family café with a children’s play area in Earl’s Court, London. The position requires a hands-on marketer who understands the unique needs of small, community-focused hospitality businesses and can deliver practical solutions to drive local engagement and sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the café’s local presence and expanding its customer base through creative, results-driven campaigns.

Deliverables

• Design and implement local marketing campaigns to attract families and increase daily visits
• Develop and manage advertising initiatives across digital and traditional channels
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to boost community engagement
• Coordinate community outreach activities and partnerships with local organizations
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and advertising for cafés, hospitality, or small local businesses

• Based in or familiar with the London area; ability to visit the site if required
