FIELD SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CARDIFF & NEWPORT

£37,000 + £5K car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE £55K–£60K)

Own your patch across Cardiff and Newport, meeting independent business owners face-to-face and helping them reduce costs with essential services. If you like being out talking to people rather than tied to a desk, this role gives you that freedom.

The Role

• Visit SMEs daily and build genuine relationships
• Mix warm appointments with your own outreach
• Understand challenges and offer cost-saving solutions
• Manage your own diary, pipeline and CRM activity

What You’ll Need

• B2B field sales experience (face-to-face 'door knocking' essential)
• Confident, personable and commercially aware
• Able to build trust quickly and navigate varied conversations
• Based in Cardiff/Newport with daily access to the patch
