Promotional staff - Newmarket Racecourse

LiveStyled are looking for Summer Staff to work on selected dates throughout August and July at Newmarket Racecourse to promote the Jockey Club Click & Collect app. This temporary position would suit outgoing and bubbly individuals with great interpersonal skills who have previous experience working in a promotional or customer facing role. £9/h

What are you going to do:

  1. Flyering
  2. Engaging race-goers and encourage them to download the Jockey Club Click and Collect App
  3. Helping customers with the transaction process
  4. Answering any app-related queries
  5. Meeting order targets

What we ask

  • Minimum degree: Secondary education
  • Previous work experience: Customer service/hospitality/retail/promotions
  • At least one year of either hospitality, sales, retail or promotions experience
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Bubbly personality
  • Commutable distance from Newmarket Racecourse
  • An interest in horse racing is a bonus
