SportPursuit needs your help to answer and resolve customer requests.
Context: You will be responding to around 30 requests per day. You will also be translating some marketing material and emails from English to Spanish.
Goals: You will be expected to respond to around 8 tickets per hour. You will aim to clear the help desk by the end of the day.
Additional information: some shift may increase in length to full day shifts if demand requires so flexibility would be great.
