NQ - 8 PQE - Investment Funds Associates

I'd love to speak to any England & Wales or Irish-qualified Investment Funds Formation lawyers looking to either make a lateral move or move to London, as I am working on several mandates for leading US, Magic Circle, and International firms, as well as select in-house legal teams within top-tier asset managers.

These opportunities offer exposure to high-calibre legal work, including:

• Fund formation and structuring across private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, and hedge fund strategies
• Regulatory advisory work (AIFMD, SFDR, UK funds regime, etc.)
• Investor negotiations and side letter work
• Secondaries transactions, including GP-led, continuation vehicles, and LP portfolio trades
• Co-investments and bespoke structured solutions
• Advising global asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors on a broad range of fund-related legal matters
