About The Role

We’re looking for a Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life through global campaigns, product launches, and internal communications. Crafting and art-working visually compelling and brand-aligned assets, for all platforms.

Part of this role’s requirements is supporting the team with art-working of digital assets and layouts for brochures, and other print requirements.

In This Role You Will

• Concept and campaigns: Contributing to the ideation process to create innovative concepts to deliver against content, campaign and business objectives, or briefs from key stakeholders.
• Creating marketing collateral: Designing materials such as flyers, banners, digital ads, brochures, product assets. Etc.
• Digital design: Designing content for all digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, apps, etc.
• Graphic design: Designing visually appealing graphics, imagery, infographics, charts, etc, that enhance the presentation and visual appeal of content.
• Brand delivery: Maintaining brand guideline consistency across all channels, including colour schemes, logos, typography, tone of voice, design elements and more.
• Product design: Designing new and updating product packaging that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Partnering and collaborating with colleagues and other functions, including copywriters, product team members, events team, recognition team and more, to develop concepts and improve the creative output for future projects.
• Project delivery: Ability to work on and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously, including timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Quality assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on all of your design assets to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance requirements are met.
  
  
  

Our Requirements

• Experienced Creative Designer with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience utilizing photography, email, physical and digital assets.
• Project delivery across physical and digital campaigns.
• Experience of a business operating in multiple markets and nuances around culture, language, etc.
• Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector ideal.
• Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees or Self-employed business owners.
• Fast paced and proactive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We are seeking an individual who is creative in approach, adaptable and receptive to feedback, resilient in navigating challenges, and humble in fostering collaboration.
• Required software skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. Familiarity with Canva and Adobe After Effects would be an advantage but not essential.
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field qualification.
