• Lettings Negotiator
• upto £21,000 Basic (DOE)
• OTE £50,000
• Pool Car
• Every other Saturday

The Client:

We are working with a very well established Buy to Let company who are currently expanding as a business.

The Role:

You will be joining a warm desk within an experienced and friendly team. Full support will be given.

- Registering tenants

- Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants

- Speaking with landlords

- Being the first port of call for potential Tenants during the rental process

- Negotiating the deals

- Arranging signing of agreement

Ideal Candidate:

You will have worked as a Lettings Negotiator and be a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a desire to build a long-term career in the property industry
