Business Transformation Partner
Location: Remote travel required

About the Role
We seek a proactive, collaborative Business Transformation Partner to join our team. You will partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives that boost productivity, optimize processes, and improve overall business performance. This high-impact role involves identifying challenges, uncovering opportunities, shaping new ways of working, and supporting the adoption of innovative technology and processes. It requires strong business insight, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and embed lasting change.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritise business problems.
- Translate objectives into measurable, strategically aligned business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to validate and prioritise feature requests.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify early success/challenge indicators and refine processes for scalable delivery.
- Produce visual insights/dashboards to track progress against key outcomes.
- Deliver business transformation plans to ensure successful adoption of new programmes, processes, and technologies.
- Champion change initiatives, fostering engagement and understanding across teams.
- Analyse "people" and "process" risks; develop go-live mitigation plans.
- Identify required process/procedure changes to achieve targeted benefits.
- Advise on stakeholder engagement tactics to boost programme adoption.
- Support and measure user adoption to ensure business benefit realisation.
- Drive ongoing change embedding for long-term success and sustainability.
- Operate effectively with multiple organisational stakeholders.
- Contribute to L&D partnership for training programme design and delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven change management experience, ideally in recruitment.
- Experience managing or leading people/projects.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for all levels.
- Confident facilitator, comfortable leading workshops.
- Strong process documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Skilled in productive cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to produce clear recommendations.
