**Quantitative Options Trader – London / New York / Singapore**
A hyper growth global prop trading firm is looking for an experienced Options Quant Trader to drive the growth of its options business across traditional and digital asset markets. Ideal for someone with crypto options experience, strong quantitative instincts, and an entrepreneurial edge. Crypto experience isn't a necessity.
This firm is at the forefront of research within the digital markets space and has been consistently growing for a number of years. The position offers clear career progression and is in a risk-taking seat.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute options market-making strategies across global exchanges.
- Build and refine pricing models, execution algos, and risk controls.
- Monitor markets in real time to capture edge and manage exposure.
- Automate research, trading tools, and workflows to boost performance.
- Run post-trade analysis to optimise strategies and execution.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in options trading (crypto preferred).
- Strong grasp of options pricing, execution logic & market microstructure.
- Proven profitability in a prop or MM environment.
- Python, C#, C++ skills.
- Sharp decision-making under pressure and a collaborative mindset.
