FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT

A leading London fashion company is seeking a Fraud Team Assistant to support daily fraud monitoring, investigations and reporting. Working within a collaborative, growth-focused team, the role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to develop valuable experience in fraud prevention within a fast-paced retail environment.


FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Reviewing daily fraud alerts, chargebacks, suspicious transactions and exception reports
  • Assisting with investigating potential fraud cases, gathering evidence and escalating issues where appropriate
  • Monitoring store activity and identifying unusual patterns or behaviours that could indicate fraudulent activity
  • Liaising with banks, payment providers and internal teams regarding fraud queries
  • Maintaining accurate case files, logs and fraud databases to ensure records are complete and compliant
  • Preparing weekly and monthly fraud reports for senior management
  • Supporting audits and compliance checks by collating required documentation
  • Processing chargeback disputes within required timelines


FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Having 12 months’ experience working on fraud patterns within the e-commerce space
  • Having 12 months’ experience working with disputes
  • Having 12 months’ experience in administration
