Duties & Responsibilities As a Guest Relations Host/ess

• Perform all tasks of a Front Office Host as needed to facilitate service
• Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
• Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.
• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to special guests and answer their enquiries
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Address complaints and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
• Assist the Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Guest Relation Manager in all administrative tasks
