What you’ll be doing:

• Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
• Owning divisional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and full compliance
• Driving commercial performance through insightful analysis and cashflow optimisation
• Identifying and leading cost-efficiency initiatives and value creation opportunities
• Supporting operational leaders with data-led decisions and financial guidance
• Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing finance team

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qual experience
• Proven track record in financial leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
• A commercially-minded finance leader with the confidence to challenge, influence and lead
• Strategic thinking combined with operational execution, someone who sees the big picture but isn’t afraid to get stuck in
