CLIENT DELIVERY LEAD

They’re known for producing high quality video, social, and digital content, and are now investing in strengthening their internal delivery structure to support ongoing growth.

THE CLIENT DELIVERY LEAD ROLE

This position sits at the heart of delivery, ensuring clients feel supported, projects run smoothly, and teams work with clarity. You’ll act as the senior point of contact across key accounts, managing communication, setting expectations, and ensuring all workstreams across video, social, paid media, SEO, CRO, and web stay on track. Internally, you’ll run delivery meetings, manage deadlines, remove blockers, and maintain consistent processes. You’ll also help shield senior leadership from operational noise, handling escalations confidently and maintaining a high standard of delivery across specialist teams.

CLIENT DELIVERY LEAD – ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience in agency client services or client delivery roles
• Strong understanding of digital channels (video, social, paid media, SEO, CRO, web)
• Confident managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Ability to set clear expectations, manage challenging conversations, and maintain calm under pressure
• Proven experience implementing structure and process within busy environments
• Strong organisational skills and a steady, solutions-focused mindset
