The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. This role suits someone who is data-driven, creative, and confident managing campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO, social media).
  • Manage content calendars and create engaging content for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.
  • Support lead-generation activities for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client-facing teams.
  • Assist in campaign strategy development aligned with client objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a marketing or digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO principles, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
