Workforce Management Solution Manager – Forecasting & Advanced Scheduling (UKG & Legion)
Location: EU Remote / Denmark/UK
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Solution Manager with hands-on expertise in workforce forecasting and advanced scheduling solutions, specifically with tools such as UKG and Legion. This role will lead the end-to-end implementation of labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across US and Canada business operations, ensuring successful adoption and integration in collaboration with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for adopting labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across US and Canada operations.
- Work closely with the technology vendor’s project manager to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, internal technical teams, and the implementation vendor.
- Proactively identify, raise, and manage project risks and issues.
- Governance & Planning:
- Define project milestones, governance structures, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Advise on next steps, dependencies, and solution adoption strategies
- Solution Oversight:
- Coordinate with technical and vendor teams to ensure solution design and integration meet business requirements.
- Maintain a high-level overview of the end-to-end solution and advise on best practices.
- Change Management & Adoption:
- Assist with change management planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
- Support business readiness through training, documentation, and process alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing workforce labor forecasting and scheduling projects.
- Strong understanding of UKG and Legion platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to advise on solution adoption strategies and best practices.
- Experience in change management and business readiness activities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
