A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to step into a pivotal role within a fast-moving, internationally focused environment. What you’ll be doing

• Leading the production and delivery of monthly management accounts
• Managing key relationships with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
• Overseeing balance sheet reporting, reconciliations and analysis
• Day-to-day management of the finance function, working closely with the Head of Finance
• Authorising payments and ensuring strong financial controls
• Preparing and presenting funding requests
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Ensuring regulatory and banking compliance
• Driving system and process improvements
• Reviewing accruals, prepayments and month-end adjustments
• Mentoring and developing the finance team
• Producing ad hoc reporting as needed

What you’ll bring

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) from a large to medium-sized accountancy firm
• Experience with Sage X3 or equivalent systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
