Paraplanner – Independent Financial Planning Firm


Location: Westerham or Camberley

Salary: £50,000 + benefits

Are you a Paraplanner who believes great advice starts with genuine independence and a client-first mindset? Have you got experience of mentoring and supervising more junior team members?


Our client is a growing Independent Financial Planning firm helping clients achieve clarity and confidence in their financial futures — and we’re looking for a talented Paraplanner to join their close-knit team.


What You’ll Do

You’ll be the technical backbone of our planning process, supporting Advisers in delivering tailored, compliant, and high-quality financial advice.


Prepare cashflow models, research, and suitability reports

Conduct in-depth analysis across pensions, investments, and protection

Ensure everything we deliver meets FCA and compliance standards

Collaborate closely with Advisers to create holistic financial plans that genuinely change lives


What We’re Looking For

✅ Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards it)

✅ Experience within an independent financial planning environment

✅ Confident using tools like Voyant, FE Analytics, or Intelligent Office

✅ Detail-focused, analytical, and proud of delivering high-quality work

✅ A team player who thrives in a collaborative, client-driven culture
