Your new role
As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of the operational strategy and ensure the delivery of efficient, compliant processes across the lending lifecycle. You will lead a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing operational frameworks for lending and bridging finance.
• Leading and developing two direct reports.
• Overseeing end-to-end operational processes, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in senior operations leadership within commercial lending or bridging finance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
