Proximity Recruitment are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social; someone who understands TikTok culture, LinkedIn storytelling, and the power of fast, authentic content in building fandom and brand value.


Working for a world-class luxury brand, you’ll uncover human moments, technical breakthroughs and behind-the-scenes stories, turning them into scroll-stopping video, photography and social posts that grow audiences and excite partners.


Responsibilities include:

  • Track down the real stories happening across the business.
  • Build relationships, gain access and turn complex topics into simple, shareable narratives.
  • Film and edit high-quality short-form video with strong hooks and platform-native structure.
  • Produce TikToks, Reels and LinkedIn content that feels modern, fast and culturally relevant.
  • Contribute ideas in daily content planning sessions.
  • Pitch separate formats built for social audiences and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Integrate partner moments authentically into storytelling.
  • Deliver assets that meet platform performance goals and partnership KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm shifts and emerging formats.
  • Tailor edits to maximise retention, completion rate and engagement on each channel.
  • Ensure every post reflects a premium aesthetic and tone.
  • Use brand guidelines as a foundation while pushing creative boundaries.


Experience:

  • Proven experience creating social-first content in lifestyle, sport, entertainment or luxury.
  • Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro essential; After Effects a plus).
  • An instinctive understanding of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn; what performs, why it performs, and how to adapt content fast.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Calm under pressure, confident on shoots, and highly organised in fast-paced environments.


The role is 3 days a week in the offices, 2 days a week working from home. The business offers a comprehensive benefits package as well as a roadmap for progression & personal development.
