Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
We’re looking for an HR Assistant to provide essential transactional and administrative support for our UK HR team during a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment letters and contracts
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires
- Maintain accurate data entry and updates in the HR system (HRIS)
- Document process steps for reference guides and SOPs
- Respond to routine HR queries and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support ad-hoc HR tasks as required
