AVP / VP – Corporate & M&A Lawyer (Real Estate Investments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal and reputational risks in pan-European M&A transactions
• Manage transaction processes and review investment contracts

Ideal Candidate:

• Law degree with strong academic credentials
• 4+ years PQE in Corporate/M&A (private practice or in-house)
• Experience with pan-European transactions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable, resourceful, and driven to succeed
