Corporate M&A Associate – Leading International Practice (London)

4–7 PQE | Lean Team | High Partner Exposure | Competitive Compensation


An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate/M&A associate to join a highly regarded international practice in London. This team is known for its sophisticated transactional work, collaborative culture, and commitment to developing associates through meaningful responsibility and direct partner access.


The Opportunity

You will join a lean, high-performing Corporate team where you will work closely with partners on a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. This is a role for an ambitious associate who enjoys taking ownership, wants to be client-facing, and is eager to step into a position that bridges the gap between partners and the junior team.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a lean team structure with high visibility.
