Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Casino Manager, Dealer/Inspectors are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience through the demonstration of welcoming, polished, personalised, attentive and engaging behaviours. This includes but is not limited to:

• A focus on customer service values. Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons.
• Contributing to a culture of positivity.
• Maintaining game integrity and consistency.
• Inspecting dealer performance.
• Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ dealer/inspector experience.
• Mayfair casino experience.
• Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
• Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements.
• A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills.

Work Conditions:

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the Right to Work in the UK at interview stage.
• Due to Gambling Regulations, all applicants must be over the age of 18.
