Educational Psychologist in United Kingdom

CF Psychology is looking for an Educational Psychologist in United Kingdom

Job description

Overview

Statutory work done differently – we have a national, EHCP crisis with significant backlogs of CYP waiting for educational psychology advice. Every month that they wait, is another month of education lost. These are not CYP who can afford to miss out – they are the most vulnerable in society who deserve access to education and opportunities.

At CF Psychology we believe passionately that educational psychologists should be rolling up their sleeves to help overcome this crisis. To this end, we have developed an innovative, statutory assessment model, which is highly impactful and time efficient. We are a commissioned service which passes on the financial benefits of our model to LAs and schools through ethical pricing.

Our model involves working as part of a specialist team and using our in-house, proprietary, practice support platform, which was highly commended by the BPS. This structure completely removes the administrative burden associated with this type of work. You will have the freedom to focus fully on high-quality formulation, conversations that create change and impactful recommendations which unlock support.

We are an equal opportunities employer with a diverse workforce. We welcome applications from every background.

What we offer

  • Full time salary between 58-68k per annum depending on experience
  • Private medical insurance for you and your dependants
  • Flexible working and part time options, with autonomy to shape your weekly schedule
  • 30 days holidays plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
  • Fully remote working, with all equipment supplied
  • Regular supervision, a generous CPD allowance and release for 10 full days a year
  • Training and mentoring in CF Psychology’s unique methodology
  • The opportunity to work within a professional, independent, modern, client-commissioned, educational psychology service, with very high standards of quality assurance, ethical practice and a warm, supportive team who love what they do
  • Scope for career progression as we grow
  • Stable, permanent employment for EPs who need job security
  • A meaningful caseload, centred on children with the greatest needs
  • Robust safeguarding protocols

Requirements
