Are you ambitious, organised, and keen to build a career in recruitment? We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy specialist legal recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants in a fast-paced, professional environment, where you’ll gain hands-on training and long-term career prospects.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

Supporting Senior Consultants with candidate resourcing, shortlisting and CV preparation

Managing job adverts and assisting with marketing campaigns

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

Building relationships with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking

Assisting with database management and general administration

Taking on your own vacancies and client accounts

Selling roles to candidates

Location: Clifton, Bristol (full-time)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in legal recruitment or professional recruitment industry and hard working with a positive attitude.

A confident communicator who thrives in a relationship-driven role.

Proactive, professional, and passionate about quality.

Able to work independently and hit the ground running.

Degree welcome but not essential – your attitude is what matters most
