Energy, Projects & Infrastructure Associate (O&G)

Capio are advising a leading US Law firm in London, seeking further growth in their Chambers Ranked Energy & Projects Group.

This position will be predominantly Oil & Gas focused; but access to wider Energy Projects also.

This prominent group advises major Corporations & PE funds, on cross-border energy transactions.

Core work will include UK & International; Development Arrangements (including shareholders' agreements, joint operating agreements, transportation & services agreements).

Broader matters including; M&A, Project Development & Finance, JVs, Restructurings and more.

(Experience in all the above is not essential, as the work can be shaped and the Partners are on hand to develop Associates in this group.)

Proven experience working on matters in the Oil & Gas Sector is essential for this position; and ideally you would have trained & worked at a leading Global, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm.

We are keen to speak with those 2-6PQE in London; England & Wales Qualified.
