About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead the short-form content direction for two brands under the Pade umbrella — Crepchiefnotify and Seller Circle.

Our content already reaches 75M+ people organically every year, and we’re only just getting started. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to plan, film, and direct viral content, taking ideas from concept → shoot → editor-ready footage.

You’ll own the short-form content strategy across both brands, working closely with our in-house editors to turn your creative direction into high-performing posts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the overall short-form content strategy across both brands.
  • Generate high-impact ideas, hooks, scripts, and repeatable content formats.
  • Film or direct content shoots, ensuring the right structure and shots for strong edits.
  • Produce detailed scripts, briefs, and shot lists for creators and editors.
  • Research social trends, competitor content, and platform behaviours to keep output fresh and relevant.
  • Analyse weekly content performance and adjust strategy based on data and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with editors to ensure creative direction aligns with KPIs.
  • Oversee the content pipeline from concept → filming → edit → post.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience growing organic short-form content (brand or personal).
  • Strong understanding of filming principles and how to direct creators for social media.
  • Deep knowledge of viral mechanics — hooks, retention, pacing, and platform behaviours.
  • Excellent scriptwriting and creative briefing skills.
  • Confident analysing data to make fast, informed content decisions.
  • Experience working with editors, content teams, or creators.
  • Proactive, creative mindset with a strong pulse on emerging trends.

  • Opportunity to directly shape the content output of two fast-growing brands reaching 75M+ people each year
