Luxury Client Advisors and Senior Client Advisors

IRD Consultancy is partnering with multiple globally renowned luxury brands to attract talented individuals for exciting roles at Heathrow Airport.

Profile

• Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic, long-lasting client relationships, with a strong track record of clienteling and repeat business.
• Strong sales drive paired with a genuine, client-first mindset.
• Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, precision, and design.
• Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
• Fluency in English; any additional languages highly desirable.

Annual Basic Salary Package

Sales & Senior Sales: A competitive £30,000–£40,000 base salary (experience-dependent), with an attractive commission scheme on all sales.
