Are you ready to be the face of unforgettable experiences? As an Attraction Host at Madame Tussauds London, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile to every guest interaction. Your mission? To create magical moments that guests will remember forever!

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver world-class customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Keep the vibe positive and engaging while interacting with guests.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed expectations—every time!
  • Stay on your feet and in the action throughout the day.
  • Put health and safety first—it’s our top priority.
  • Operate and assist with our iconic Madame Tussauds ride (training provided!).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Reliable & Punctual – Strong timekeeping and commitment to schedules.
  • Self-Motivated – Able to stay driven and proactive without supervision.
  • Problem Solver – Quick to identify issues and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communicator – Clear, confident, and engaging with guests and team members.
  • Calm Under Pressure – Maintains composure in fast-paced or challenging situations.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative – Thrives both independently and as part of a team across varied roles.
