I'm actively searching for an exceptional Finance Business Partner

It's going to get seriously exciting for you.

They're on a massive, critical transformation journey and operating at a brilliant scale, think circa £300m in revenue and growing.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to tick boxes. I need someone who deeply understands the nuts and bolts of finance. By trade, you'll need to be solid qualified Management Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with solid post-qualification experience under your belt, before stepping into a more commercial facing role, or just havant had the opportunity to do so yet?

More important than the letters next to your name, though, is the attitude.

I’m looking for that person who has truly “been there.”

The one who knows what it means to roll up your sleeves and take genuine ownership, whether you excelled in a high-pressure stand-alone gig or managed complexity across multiple sites/divisions.

Your track record of challenging the status quo and driving real efficiencies is going to be your absolute superpower here.

It’s a unique mix of technical leadership and serious commercial influence.

You’ll be partnering directly with Heads of Department, translating messy operational data into clean, strategic financial action.

You'll also lead a small team, own the commercial efficiency drives, and manage the critical project initiatives central to this transformation.
