Position Summary – Sales Specialist

We’re on the hunt for a B2C Sales Specialist in London, training takes place in EU — someone relentless, and laser-focused on results. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll be closing deals, building a pipeline from scratch, and owning the entire sales journey from first contact to final fitting.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. It’s a fast-paced, client-hunting, performance-driven position for someone who thrives under pressure and doesn’t settle for “good enough.”

What You'll Be Doing

• Hunt for new business — build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Research and identify ideal clients through strategic outreach
• Hit aggressive weekly targets
• Make cold calls and book high-value meetings daily
• Pitch our exclusive collection in face-to-face presentations
• Build lasting client relationships and convert them into loyal brand advocates
• Network like a pro and generate referrals through personal branding
• Track every lead, call, and conversion in our CRM
• Travel to clients' offices for tailored, one-on-one appointments
