Comms Platform Operations Specialist
13 weeks contract
London, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
- Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and launch CRM campaigns across diverse channels,
including email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, in-app messages, and more, using
Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demonstrate a strong understanding of webhooks
and the ability to build and segment audiences for seamless integrations with third-party
platforms for direct marketing and other use cases. Maintain an awareness of company
risks and threats.
- Personalisation: Experience in writing and editing Liquid language scripts to create
dynamic, scalable campaigns with connected content tailored to individual user needs.
- Campaign Automation: Design and implement automated workflows and Canvas Journeys
for customer segments, leveraging behavioural insights, lifecycle stages, and other criteria
to ensure timely, relevant, and personalised delivery.
- Data Management: Collaborate with the audience and data team to define requirements for
segmentation and personalised content. Ensure data accuracy, proper segmentation, and
effective tagging to optimise targeting and campaign performance. Support compliance.
- A/B Testing & Optimisation: Execute campaign orchestration processes to effectively
support A/B testing of key campaign elements, including subject lines, messaging, timing,
and more. Leverage data insights to refine and optimise future campaigns for improved
performance.
- Proofing and Testing: Test and proof campaigns prior to launch, ensuring robust analytics
tracking is in place. Adhere to best practices for vanity URLs, GA parameters, and perform
end-to-end testing to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and monitor campaign performance metrics, such as
deliverability and key KPIs, ensuring volume targets are achieved while identifying
opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation and Governance: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date suite of documentation, including change logs and version control, to support transparency and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer
support, and data analytics, to align on campaign objectives and messaging strategies.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to campaign execution,
delivery, or customer segmentation, ensuring seamless operations.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and adhere to industry best practices for email marketing and CRM operations. Support audit requirements.
- Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working within Agile frameworks, including
Scrum and Kanban, to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
