Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Greater Manchester

£35,000 – £40,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card

We’re working with a growing construction and consultancy business that delivers a broad range of exciting projects across the retail, education, sports, commercial, and civils sectors. They support major clients, offering cost management, project support and on-site commercial delivery.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant QS who wants hands-on exposure, strong mentorship and the chance to build a well-rounded career.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting live projects across varied sectors
• Assisting with measurements, valuations, cost reporting and subcontract management
• Working closely with an experienced QS who will guide your development
• Gaining client-facing experience alongside on-site commercial delivery
• Helping maintain accurate financial control and project documentation
• Exposure to both pre-construction and live project commercial duties

Requirements:

• 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience in construction or civils preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
