Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in the UK to drive recruitment efforts across multiple countries and with multiple business units. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent in life sciences, diagnostics, and related fields. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from strategic sourcing through to offer acceptance, while advising on market trends, labor data, and competitive hiring strategies. You will work in a global team, adding value and expertise in both your geography and around the globe. You will mentor junior recruiters to become talent advisors. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team and provide support across the business!
Location: This is a remote position, with opportunities to work on a hybrid schedule to provide onsite support for our UK manufacturing facility. Ideally located in Greater Liverpool or Manchester geographies.
What you will be doing:
End-to-End Recruitment: Own and manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for key roles across Europe and potentially other geographies. Master advanced sourcing: Boolean, niche platforms, networking.
Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within life sciences, diagnostics, or related industries.
