The Role

Fund Controller - Deal Support/Fund Operations, London-based, hybrid.

You’ll be the connective tissue between:

• Investment teams
• Fund finance
• Legal & tax
• External administrators
• Global accounting leadership

This is a seat with influence, visibility, and real proximity to transactions.

Not back office.

Not “after-the-fact” reporting.

Commercial. Integrated. Decision-relevant.

What You’ll Work On

• Deal execution support: structure, funding mechanics, ongoing economics
• Cash & liquidity planning across multi-currency funds
• Fund finance: subscription lines, NAV facilities, margin loans
• Multi-jurisdiction structures (Lux, Cayman, UK)
• Valuations alignment & LP performance reporting
• Strengthening control frameworks & driving process enhancement
