Vivo Talent is working with an established and growing business to recruit a Graduate Technical Support professional to join their team.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a high standard of technical support and customer service. You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries efficiently while providing expert product advice and support.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, end users and key prospects across multiple communication channels
• Respond to enquiries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
• Provide accurate product guidance and advice
• Work closely with other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of electrical or electronic systems is highly desirable
