Litigation associate | 2-5 PQE

Job description

A leading international law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded disputes team. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value cases across multiple sectors, including real estate and financial services. You will work on matters in the High Court, County Court, and arbitration, handling a broad range of responsibilities from case management to drafting and advocacy support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and correspondence.
• Handle disclosure processes and manage bundles for hearings.
• Liaise with Counsel and assist with court filings and procedural compliance.
• Support clients on enforcement of judgments and cross-border disputes.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years PQE.
• Broad litigation experience gained at a leading UK, City, or US firm.
• Strong technical and commercial skills with excellent drafting ability.
• Familiarity with High Court and County Court procedures; ADR experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and take on significant responsibility.
