At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to Mercor that collaborates with the world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Buyers and Purchasing Agents

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: ~3–4 weeks (with potential extension)

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week (flexible scheduling)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):

• Create deliverables regarding common requests within your professional domain.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in your respective field.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
