What You’ll Do

Tender & Solution Design (Your Core Focus)

• Craft innovative warehouse solutions: layouts, processes, staffing, and equipment.
• Build cost models and resource plans that are both competitive and operationally sound.
• Lead cross-functional tender teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Ops).
• Present and defend proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Decode RFPs and align solutions with best practices and financial goals.
• Identify automation and digitalisation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labour, and customer standards.

Engineering & Continuous Improvement

• Support new warehouse launches, ensuring alignment with tendered designs.
• Analyse and optimise existing operations using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance WMS/TMS integration and data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

• Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 5+ years in logistics engineering, warehouse design, or 3PL solution development.
• Proven skills in layout design, labour modelling, and cost analysis.
• Experience leading tenders and developing winning proposals.
• Knowledge of automation, MHE, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; AutoCAD and WMS/TMS a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
