Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation in Wakefield to recruit a Management Accountant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a thriving business where you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a fully office based role based in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility to prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, MI and insightful commentary

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Produce meaningful analysis to guide business decisions and performance

Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver financial insight and support

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

About You:

✅ Ideally AAT / ACCA Studier with experience with end to end management accounts

✅ Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail

✅ Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

✅ Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with finance and non-finance teams

✅ Advanced Excel skills
