Head of Procurement

• Leading Food Brand
• London (Hybrid)
• up to £85,000 plus car allowance & package

This is a newly created role that will lead the procurement across all ingredients, food, drink and packaging categories, while managing a team of 5 procurement professionals. The role reports into the Supply Chain and Commercial Director.

Our Client

Our client is a world leading food brand with site around the world. They own and operate a number of well known food brands, supplying customer with a wide range of food products. They are fast paced, highly innovative and well-known.

The Role

• Leading and driving the strategic procurement across all F&B and packaging categories.
• Supporting and managing a team of Buyers and Procurement Category Managers.
• Developing long term relationships with a wider range of suppliers.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across a wide range of projects.

Requirements for the role

• 7 + years of experience working with multi-site hospitality procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage procurement.
• Strong leadership skill and a track record up-skilling a team.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry!
