Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
Role Purpose
Join our prestigious culinary team at the Royal Albert Hall, where every service is a performance and every dish tells a story.
As our Chef de Partie, you'll craft exceptional dining experiences in one of London's most celebrated venues.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and present exceptional dishes to the highest standards
- Work with premium ingredients to create memorable culinary experiences
- Contribute to menus that complement world class performances and events
- Develop your skills in a prestigious environment
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Passion for creating exceptional food and memorable dining experiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- £15.85 - £16.85 per hour (based on experience)
