Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to applicant enquiries professionally
• Match applicants to suitable properties and generate viewing activity
• Conduct viewings and drive interest in upcoming and available units
• Negotiate offers to secure successful lets
• Prepare marketing materials, listings, and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM and property records
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth tenancy progression process

Candidate Profile

• Experience within the Prime Central London lettings market is preferred
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Solid understanding of lettings legislation (ARLA qualification beneficial)
• Excellent communication and customer-service ability
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and property software
