Position: English Language Audio Model Trainer

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week, flexible & asynchronous

Duration: Project-based

Role Responsibilities: (Training support will be provided)

• View short videos and evaluate preference or content quality.
• Record short audio clips (approx. 2–3 minutes each) describing visual content.
• Ensure clear, high-quality recordings free of background noise.
• Follow linguistic & style guidelines provided by the research team.
• Collaborate with QA teams for feedback and dataset improvement.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Native or near-native fluency in English with clear articulation.
• Excellent verbal communication & strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured annotation & recording instructions.
• Experience with audio recording or data labeling is a plus (not mandatory).
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks & working independently.
