Founding Influencer Lead

London (Central) | Full-time | In-office (5 days/week)

We’re hiring our first Founding Influencer Lead to build and own influencer marketing from the ground up at a fast-growing, AI-native company.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of one of the most critical functions in the business and shape how influencer, affiliate, and creator-led growth is done at scale—with AI agents as part of your day-to-day toolkit.

The Role

As our Founding Influencer Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and scaling best-in-class influencer programmes across paid, affiliate, and whitelisted models. You’ll work directly with customers, internal teams, and our AI agents.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership from day one!

What You’ll Do

Build and scale large influencer programmes across:

• Paid partnerships
• Affiliate programmes
• Whitelisting / creator ads

• Own influencer strategy end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, execution, optimisation
• Work directly with customers to understand their goals and translate them into high-performing influencer strategies
• Operate and supervise AI agents that automate influencer discovery, outreach, and ops
• Know when to delegate work to AI agents and when hands-on control is required
• Create systems, playbooks, and processes that scale with the company

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building and scaling large influencer programmes
• Deep understanding of paid, affiliate, and whitelisting models
• Strong customer-facing skills - you enjoy speaking to customers and owning outcomes
• High ownership mentality and comfort operating with autonomy
• AI-native mindset: you understand how to work with AI tools and agent
• Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales
