180 Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Manchester or London | Hybrid

£25,000 – £35,000 + commission

The Role

This is a delivery-focused role for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, owning sourcing, screening, and candidate management — without new business pressure.

Perfect if you enjoy building relationships, spotting great talent, and seeing placements through from shortlist to start date.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates
• Managing candidate pipelines and keeping processes moving
• Supporting consultants with shortlists, interviews, and offers
• Delivering a standout candidate experience from first contact to start date

What They’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience (resourcer, delivery, or 180 consultant)
• Confident communicator with good attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
• Someone who enjoys teamwork and seeing results
