Social Creative – 6-Month FTC (January Start)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for, or already hold, security clearance

Language: Fluent Russian (spoken and written)

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Social Creative to join a multidisciplinary team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January. You’ll work across a range of government-related projects, shaping culturally aware, strategically led content tailored for social platforms.

You’ll be hands-on across ideation, design, copy, and content creation. Sensitivity, accuracy, and discretion are essential due to the nature of the work.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept and develop social-first ideas for campaigns and content strands
  • Design engaging static and animated assets optimised for social platforms
  • Write clear, audience-appropriate social copy in both English and Russian
  • Produce and edit short-form social video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
  • Localise and adapt content into Russian, ensuring cultural accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, and other creatives
  • Stay across platform best practice, trends, and emerging formats
  • Deliver multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment, maintaining high standards
  • Ensure consistency across all creative output

About You

  • Fluent in Russian (essential)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social design, copywriting, and creative ideation
  • Confident working end-to-end: concepts, scripts/copy, design, and video production
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects desirable)
  • Experienced in creating platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more
  • Experience working on sensitive or government-related communications is advantageous
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working hybrid in London
  • Must hold security clearance and be able to show proof
