Lead Product Designer (UX/UI)
A global sports & lifestyle brand is looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to lead a major digital rebrand and UX overhaul. You'll shape their new app and web experience, define a premium design aesthetic, and become the long-term custodian of their digital identity.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead design across a full digital rebrand (app + web)
* Own visual + UX direction with a premium, high-fashion feel
* Build and evolve a multi-platform design system
* Guide and collaborate with external UX/UI contractors
* Support the phased rollout of the new digital ecosystem
* Play a key role in the app redesign launching next year

Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in product design/UX/UI (luxury, sport, fashion or premium retail)
* Experience leading large-scale rebrands or platform redesigns
* Strong visual craft and mobile-first design (iOS + Android)
* Advanced Figma and design system expertise
* Confident influencing contractors and cross-functional teams
* Comfortable working across digital + physical brand experiences

Salary & Benefits
* Up to £70k+

Location & Workplace
* Hybrid, London(4 days in office)
