The Role
As a Programme Delivery Apprentice, you’ll be part of our energetic and supportive Delivery Team. No two days look the same — one day you’ll be running engaging sessions in schools, and the next you might be mentoring students 1:1, supporting events, or helping young people with their apprenticeship applications.
You’ll be representing Pathway CTM in schools and at events (primarily around the M4 corridor), so you’ll need to feel confident travelling, presenting, and working with a range of people.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver motivating workshops and sessions in schools
- Support students through application processes and 1:1 mentoring
- Help run events with employers, schools, and councils
- Work closely with our Delivery Team to ensure programmes run smoothly
- Be a key point of contact for schools across the UK
- Build relationships with employers and partners
- Bring ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to everything you do
What We’re Looking For
- An interest in mentoring and supporting young people
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking to students, teachers, parents & employers
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- A driving licence and your own vehicle (essential for school visits)
