• Lead the design & delivery of competitive reward and recognition strategies
• Manage salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and annual compensation cycles
• Develop and enhance recognition programs that drive culture and performance
• Partner with senior leaders to align rewards with business goals
• Stay ahead of market trends and ensure compliance across all reward programs
